Describe what you need
Choose your Company, business contact and category. Use the chat or manual form to describe the task, quantity and destination. Confirm suggested details before they enter your request.
Review and submit
Check your requirements and choose any documents to share. Your first submission is reviewed before the approved request becomes available to eligible Suppliers.
Review supplier responses
Open Responses in your Account to review any supplier comments, lead times, optional prices and contact details. Follow up directly with the supplier.

A useful request tells suppliers what you are trying to achieve. You can leave uncertain technical details unspecified and add an optional target date or budget.
Drafts are not public. Approved request titles may appear on the Homepage; full RFQ details require Account access.
