CW Thomas is an American heavy gauge thermoforming manufacturer founded in 1946 and based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. It designs and manufactures custom thermoformed plastic parts, covers, enclosures and assemblies for aerospace, transit, medical, industrial and mobility customers. The company provides vacuum forming, pressure forming, engineering, mold design and in-house toolmaking, followed by trimming, finishing and assembly from prototypes to production runs.
