The PET Technologies APF-10 is an automatic reheat stretch blow molding machine for PET containers from 3 to 10 litres. Manufacturer data lists up to 2,500 bottles per hour for 3 to 8-litre formats and up to 1,800 bottles per hour for 10-litre bottles. These figures depend on the selected container, preform and operating configuration. The machine uses eight-zone preform heating, servo-driven transfer of heated preforms, separate valve blocks for each mold cavity and B&R PLC control. Compressed-air recovery and an oriented bottle outfeed support integration into a production line. The published installed power is 68 kW, with a 400 V, 50 Hz supply.
