RHONG RDM Hot-Air Hopper Dryer

Description

The RHONG RDM is a hot-air hopper dryer for preparing plastic pellets before processing. This offer is for new equipment made to order; the hopper size, installation arrangement and price are confirmed in the quotation. Hot-air drying and dehumidifying drying are different processes. The RDM should be reviewed against the resin supplier's instructions for the specific material grade. Where those instructions require dehumidified air, a hot-air hopper dryer alone should not be treated as an equivalent. To select a configuration, provide the resin grade or data sheet, recommended drying temperature and time, hourly consumption and operating schedule. Nominal material charge is the mass held in the hopper, not drying throughput in kilograms per hour; the actual charge also depends on bulk density. Show where the hopper will be installed, how it will be loaded and how dried material will reach the processing machine. Include the electrical supply, existing loader and available space. Mounting, controls and insulation options must be identified in the quotation rather than inferred from the RDM name.
