Description
Sheet-fed vacuum thermoforming machine with a 1700 x 3000 mm adjustable table, maximum draw depth of 1000 mm and maximum sheet thickness of 15 mm. The quartz heating system has 96 heaters, divided into 48 upper and 48 lower elements. Vacuum is supplied by a DVP LC 305HV pump and a 750-litre tank. Delta PLC and a 10-inch Flexem touchscreen provide machine control. Installed power is 250 kW and compressed-air supply is 10 bar. Machine dimensions (width x height x depth): 4000 x 4000 x 4000 mm.
