Description
MAAC Model 85R4DPT is a sheet-fed thermoforming machine with an 8 x 4 ft nominal format (2438.4 x 1219.2 mm), a four-station rotary layout and two ovens. It is configured for twin-sheet pressure forming, joining two heated thermoplastic sheets into a hollow component. The MAAC R4DPT platform supports both single-oven and double-oven twin-sheet processing. Double-oven operation accommodates applications involving thicker materials, inserts or plug assistance.
