Thermoforming: Thermoforming machines
PRIMARY ACTIVITY: Thermoforming — Thermoforming machines
Machinecraft Technologies manufactures custom thermoforming and vacuum forming equipment in India. Established in 1976, the family business operates an office in Mumbai and a factory in Umargam, Gujarat. Its range includes heavy-gauge sheet-fed and roll-fed vacuum forming machines, thin-gauge vacuum and pressure forming systems, and form-cut-stack equipment. It also develops machines for IMG vacuum lamination and the three-dimensional overlay method (TOM). Applications include packaging, automotive components, medical products, sanitaryware, agricultural equipment and industrial parts. Machinecraft provides commissioning, remote technical support, spare parts and maintenance services. Mumbai office: 505 Palm Springs, Link Road, Malad West, Mumbai 400064, India. Factory: Plot 92, Umbergaon Station-Dehri Road, Umargam, Gujarat 396170, India.
The Machinecraft PF1-XL-6022 is a large-format sheet-fed vacuum forming machine with a documented forming area of 6000 x 2200 mm. A customer installation is used to produce HDPE flood trays for horticultural growing systems. Its closed chamber provides controlled pre-blow, and sheet-sag sensors support heating control over the large sheet area. Top and bottom infrared ceramic ovens use individual heating zones. A servo-driven forming table provides programmable movement, while a motorised aperture supports changes in tray size. This is a made-to-order machine for production requirements agreed with the manufacturer. The pictured customer installation demonstrates the model; it is not an offer to sell that installed machine. Price is available on request.
The Machinecraft PF1-XL-3535 is a sheet-fed vacuum forming machine developed for deep-drawn HDPE pickup-truck bed liners. Its forming area measures 3500 x 3500 mm. The documented custom machine uses a closed chamber and controlled pre-blow to stretch the heated sheet before it contacts the tool. Top and bottom infrared heating banks provide zoned temperature control, with a retracting bottom heater and sensors that monitor sheet sag. A servo-driven forming table supports programmable forming movements. The machine is built around the required part, tool and material. Final forming-depth capability and equipment options are agreed for the individual build. Price is available on request.
The Machinecraft PF1-X-5028 XL is a sheet-fed vacuum forming machine for large plastic components. Its documented forming area is 5000 x 2800 mm. The FAT configuration combines a servo-driven forming table with top and bottom infrared ovens, a closed forming chamber, pre-blow control and sheet-sag monitoring. Automatic sheet loading and part unloading support the forming cycle. A motorised aperture accommodates different sheet sizes, while the PLC touchscreen stores process recipes. The machine is intended for applications such as vehicle panels, tractor canopies and other large enclosures. Machinecraft builds each machine to the agreed application and specification. Price is available on request.
