Description
The Machinecraft PF1-X-5028 XL is a sheet-fed vacuum forming machine for large plastic components. Its documented forming area is 5000 x 2800 mm. The FAT configuration combines a servo-driven forming table with top and bottom infrared ovens, a closed forming chamber, pre-blow control and sheet-sag monitoring. Automatic sheet loading and part unloading support the forming cycle. A motorised aperture accommodates different sheet sizes, while the PLC touchscreen stores process recipes. The machine is intended for applications such as vehicle panels, tractor canopies and other large enclosures. Machinecraft builds each machine to the agreed application and specification.
