Vacuum Forming Machine LITE 2215

MAAC Model 84R3P is a sheet-fed pressure thermoforming machine with an 8 x 4 ft nominal format (2438.4 x 1219.2 mm) and a three-station rotary layout. It processes cut thermoplastic sheets, with material loading and unloading at the load station. The MAAC R3P rotary pressure-forming platform uses motor-driven platens and an air-cell locking system for pressure forming. The platens extend and lock together before the air cells beneath the floating lower plate are inflated. Multiple control system options are available for this machine family. This listing is for a new machine manufactured to order; final tooling, controls and process options are agreed with MAAC for the application.

MAAC Model C64S is a single-station, sheet-fed thermoforming machine with a 6 x 4 ft nominal format (1828.8 x 1219.2 mm). Part of the MAAC Comet shuttle range, it is designed for forming cut thermoplastic sheets, with loading and unloading at the forming station. The Comet shuttle platform uses Allen-Bradley PLC controls, motor-driven platens and responsive quartz heating. Its single-station arrangement is suited to small- and medium-format thermoforming work. This listing is for a new machine manufactured to order; the final tooling, heating and control configuration is agreed with MAAC for the application.

MAAC Model 85R4DPT is a sheet-fed thermoforming machine with an 8 x 4 ft nominal format (2438.4 x 1219.2 mm), a four-station rotary layout and two ovens. It is configured for twin-sheet pressure forming, joining two heated thermoplastic sheets into a hollow component. The MAAC R4DPT platform supports both single-oven and double-oven twin-sheet processing. Double-oven operation accommodates applications involving thicker materials, inserts or plug assistance. This listing is for a new machine manufactured to order; final tooling, controls and process options are agreed with MAAC for the application.

The Machinecraft PF1-XL-6022 is a large-format sheet-fed vacuum forming machine with a documented forming area of 6000 x 2200 mm. A customer installation is used to produce HDPE flood trays for horticultural growing systems. Its closed chamber provides controlled pre-blow, and sheet-sag sensors support heating control over the large sheet area. Top and bottom infrared ceramic ovens use individual heating zones. A servo-driven forming table provides programmable movement, while a motorised aperture supports changes in tray size. This is a made-to-order machine for production requirements agreed with the manufacturer. The pictured customer installation demonstrates the model; it is not an offer to sell that installed machine. Price is available on request.
