Description
The Machinecraft PF1-XL-6022 is a large-format sheet-fed vacuum forming machine with a documented forming area of 6000 x 2200 mm. A customer installation is used to produce HDPE flood trays for horticultural growing systems. Its closed chamber provides controlled pre-blow, and sheet-sag sensors support heating control over the large sheet area. Top and bottom infrared ceramic ovens use individual heating zones. A servo-driven forming table provides programmable movement, while a motorised aperture supports changes in tray size. This is a made-to-order machine for production requirements agreed with the manufacturer. The pictured customer installation demonstrates the model; it is not an offer to sell that installed machine.
