Description
MAAC Model 84R3P is a sheet-fed pressure thermoforming machine with an 8 x 4 ft nominal format (2438.4 x 1219.2 mm) and a three-station rotary layout. It processes cut thermoplastic sheets, with material loading and unloading at the load station. The MAAC R3P rotary pressure-forming platform uses motor-driven platens and an air-cell locking system for pressure forming. The platens extend and lock together before the air cells beneath the floating lower plate are inflated. Multiple control system options are available for this machine family. This listing is for a new machine manufactured to order; final tooling, controls and process options are agreed with MAAC for the application.
