Description
The Machinecraft PF1-XL-3535 is a sheet-fed vacuum forming machine developed for deep-drawn HDPE pickup-truck bed liners. Its forming area measures 3500 x 3500 mm. The documented custom machine uses a closed chamber and controlled pre-blow to stretch the heated sheet before it contacts the tool. Top and bottom infrared heating banks provide zoned temperature control, with a retracting bottom heater and sensors that monitor sheet sag. A servo-driven forming table supports programmable forming movements. The machine is built around the required part, tool and material. Final forming-depth capability and equipment options are agreed for the individual build. Price is available on request.
