Description
Sheet-fed vacuum thermoforming machine with an adjustable 1200 x 2100 mm vacuum table, maximum draw depth of 500 mm and maximum sheet thickness of 3 mm. It uses 16 analog-controlled quartz heaters and a DVP LC 60 vacuum pump; a vacuum tank is optional. The machine has one adjustable cooling fan and a fixed mold load capacity of 400 kg. Controls combine GMT PLC with a 7-inch Flexem touchscreen. Installed power is 13 kW and compressed-air requirement is 8 bar. Machine dimensions (width x height x depth): 2550 x 2250 x 1650 mm.
