Description
Sheet-fed vacuum thermoforming machine with an adjustable 1200 x 2000 mm vacuum table. Maximum draw depth is 350 mm and sheet thickness is up to 6 mm. Quartz heating uses 16 heaters across eight independently controlled zones. The machine has a DVP LC 106 vacuum pump, a 500-litre vacuum tank and two adjustable cooling fans. Control is provided by Delta PLC and a 7-inch Flexem touchscreen. Installed power is 15 kW; compressed-air requirement is 8 bar. Machine dimensions (width x height x depth): 2600 x 2000 x 3000 mm.
